Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens and plans may need to change. Out of respect for my time and other clients waiting for appointments, I kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 48 hours in advance. In the event that a cancellation less than 24 hours occurs your initial deposit will be forfeited and 50% of the service fee will be required before booking again and will be applied to the following rescheduled appointment. No call/ no show will be charged 100% of the service and must be paid before booking again. Numerous offenses will not be allowed to schedule future appointments. I value every client and strive to provide a smooth and fair booking experience. This policy helps me manage my schedule, honor everyone’s time, and operate my business responsibly.
